Foresight AI Research LLC protects data with the same discipline we apply to market intelligence. We collect public sources and client-approved information only, and we never sell personal data. Why would we handle it any other way?

Introduction

Clear rules. No surprises. That’s the point.

Effective immediately

Foresight AI Research LLC operates an AI market intelligence platform that turns public company information into strategic insight for enterprise teams. We gather only the data needed to deliver that service, and we keep the legal basis for each activity explicit.

Our processing is built around legitimate business need, client instruction, and consent where it applies. When you ask, “What happens to my data?”, the answer should be simple: it’s handled carefully, limited by purpose, and protected throughout its lifecycle.

What Data We Collect

We use public and client-supplied information to build reliable intelligence. The list is short on purpose, because breadth without control helps no one.

Public filings and reports

SEC filings, annual reports, company websites, press releases, and other public records that help us map markets with precision.

Public social signals

Aggregated sentiment and topic patterns from public platforms. We focus on trends, not personal profiles.

Client-provided records

Anonymised CRM and ERP data, shared only when needed to generate custom forecasts, segmentation, or competitive analysis.

Our website analytics

Usage logs and consent-based cookies that help us understand which content is useful and where the journey needs polish.

Device and session data

Basic technical details such as browser type and IP-derived region, used for security, reliability, and service diagnostics.

Consent preferences

Cookie choices and preference records so we respect your settings across visits. Simple, but essential.

How We Use Data

We process information to build insights, support clients, and keep the platform secure. What else would a market intelligence team do with it?

We use public and authorised information to identify market movements, compare competitors, and generate recommendations that support planning, pricing, and go-to-market decisions. We also use it to improve model quality, validate outputs, and respond to client requests.

Internal access is role-based, audited, and limited to people who need it for delivery or support. That includes our analysts, engineers, and compliance team — no broad access, no loose ends.

How We Share Information

Sharing is tightly controlled. If data leaves our environment, there’s a reason, a contract, and a boundary.

We do not sell personal data

That rule is absolute. No retail-style data brokerage, no hidden monetisation path, no surprises buried in fine print.

Processors are contract-bound

Cloud, analytics, and infrastructure providers only process information under data processing agreements and security controls.

Reports use de-identified insights

Aggregated findings may appear in industry reports, but they’re stripped of direct identifiers before anything is published.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or to respond to valid regulatory requests. Even then, we disclose only what is necessary. Why give away more than the law asks for?

Security and Retention

Protection is built in, not bolted on. The retention clock matters just as much as the encryption layer.

How we secure data
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We also use access logging, least-privilege permissions, third-party audits, and SOC 2 Type II controls to keep the system disciplined.
How long we keep it
Client data is retained only for the active engagement period unless a longer period is required by law, contract, or a documented support need. Once the relationship ends, we move to the deletion and archival process.
How we review it
We run regular external audits and internal reviews to test controls, validate vendor posture, and catch drift early. Because compliance should age well.

Your Rights and Choices

You stay in control. If you want access, correction, deletion, or a quick reset of your preferences, we’ll help you get there.

Access, correct, or delete your personal data
You can ask us to access the personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where applicable. We’ll verify the request and respond within the timeline required by law.
Opt out of marketing communications
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us directly if you’d rather have your preferences updated by our team.
Manage cookies and consent settings
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser controls or any consent tools we provide on the site. It’s your choice; we simply honour it.
Contact our DPO
For privacy questions, data requests, or escalation, email [email protected]. If you need a written record, we can provide one.

Need a clearer answer?

Read the full policy, ask for a copy of our security summary, or send a note to our privacy contact. We’d rather explain it well than leave you guessing.

Final note

Privacy policy language can get heavy fast. Ours is meant to stay readable, honest, and complete. If something here doesn’t match your expectations, tell us — we’ll take a proper look.
